About Dr. Gary Fettke


Dr. Gary Fettke is an Australian orthopedic surgeon and internationally recognized speaker known for his work on nutrition, metabolic health, and the prevention of chronic disease. After treating thousands of patients with diabetes-related complications, he became an advocate for reducing refined carbohydrates and sugar in the diet.

Dr. Fettke lectures worldwide on the relationship between nutrition, insulin resistance, inflammation, and chronic illness. He is a strong critic of the traditional dietary guidelines and a vocal proponent of prevention and management of modern chronic disease through right nutrition.
