Before keto became widely recognized, Chef Janine hosted educational workshops, cooking demonstrations, and tasting events throughout the San Jacinto Valley. When the COVID-19 pandemic ended in-person gatherings, the program evolved into a prepared meals service. More than 120 ketogenic recipes were tested with the help of workshop participants, forming the foundation of the Comfort Keto menu.
