Psyllium husk has become one of the most valuable ingredients in ketogenic and gluten-free baking.
Derived from the seeds of the Plantago ovata plant, this remarkable source of soluble fiber helps create the elasticity, structure, and soft texture that traditional gluten-free breads often lack. Beyond its culinary benefits, psyllium is also prized for its ability to support digestive health, healthy blood sugar levels, appetite control, and overall metabolic wellness.
As a complimentary service to the keto and gluten-free community, we are pleased to share Chef Janine's recipe for a delicious homemade Psyllium Husk Bread—a low-carb loaf that delivers the comfort and satisfaction of freshly baked bread without the gluten or carbohydrate overload.

💡 Recommendations
🧈 For the best flavor, use butter.
If you prefer a dairy-free option, refined coconut oil can be substituted with minimal impact on taste.
