We are asked frequently how our program works. Here is a short version of how we work. It will make it easy for you to get an idea in a nutshell.

ORDERING

Orders for the following week's menu must be received by Friday night.

To reserve meals, customers must text their order request to (951) 292-4332 and submit payment via Zelle. Because all meals are prepared in small batches, we produce only the exact number of meals that have been both confirmed by text message and prepaid. Orders are not considered confirmed until both the text confirmation and Zelle payment have been received.

PRODUCTION

Based on the number of meal packages ordered by Friday, ingredients are sourced, ordered, and picked up in exact quantities the following day from our trusted wholesale partners to ensure maximum freshness and minimize unnecessary waste.

Under the supervision of Chef Janine Lechuga, our small but highly skilled culinary team prepares all meals fresh from scratch at our commercial kitchen in Murrieta using carefully selected ingredients and time-honored cooking methods.

Fresh salads and cold side dishes are prepared and assembled separately to maintain optimal freshness, texture, and presentation quality. Freshly prepared meals are then carefully chilled overnight to allow the flavors to fully develop and marry beautifully prior to fulfillment and delivery.

Meal packages are fulfilled and organized for Monday and Tuesday deliveries throughout Riverside County and San Bernardino County. Please note that we deliver to San Diego in the first week of each month unless announced otherwise. Please text us at (951) 292-4332 in order to confirm the San Diego delivery date.

Meal packages designated for pickup at published pickup locations or drop off locations for group orders are fulfilled and delivered separately.

Since 2015, formerly under the Comfort Keto™ brand, Chef Janine has conducted more than 200 health and nutrition workshops focused on metabolic therapy through the ketogenic lifestyle at community centers throughout the region, along with more than 50 low-carb cooking classes at both private and public venues across Riverside County.

Under the COMFORT KETO brand, we have been providing gourmet prepared ketogenic meals continuously since 2020. Throughout this entire period, including holidays, we have not missed a single week of scheduled meal deliveries.

From day one, our focus has been to consistently produce high-quality gourmet keto meals using carefully selected ingredients and thoughtfully developed recipes. The overwhelmingly positive feedback and continued loyalty of our customers have been one of the greatest affirmations of our work.

Many of our clients have remained with us continuously for well over six months, with several becoming long-term regular customers.

Meal packages are fulfilled and organized for Monday and Tuesday deliveries throughout our current service areas in Riverside County and portions of San Bernardino County. Service areas may change periodically.

Unless announced otherwise ...

We deliver Monday afternoons to greater Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee area, and neighboring cities, and to Hemet and San Jacinto.

On Tuesdays are our deliveries to Idyllwild, Beaumont/Banning area, and Cali Mesa.

ABOUT THE MEALS:

Meal sizes: Each meal is about 450-600 calories. The 10 meals which come in the package is perfectly satisfying for most of our clients for the whole week as the portions are very satiating.

Freezable: Some of our meals are freezable and are clearly marked as such on the menu. We cook, package, chill and deliver fresh. You freeze if you need to.

Serving instructions: Heating and/or cold serving instructions for each meal are clearly listed on the menu of the current week.

Adjusting the serving quantities of the meals on current week's menu: The quantity of individual meals may be adjusted, provided your total weekly order remains either 6 meals or 10 meals. Simply let us know your preferences when placing your order.

Allergies: Please notify us of any food allergies or sensitivities when placing your order inquiry by text message, and we will gladly take your concerns into consideration.

Extra orders: Some customers order occasionally a few extra servings from the current week's menu or some sugar-free sweet keto treats. Please inquire separately with us.
